Return Policy
Our Return Policy is simple: you have 7 days from receipt of goods to return or replace your purchase.
Eligibility for Return/Replacement
Customers are eligible for return/replacement if the material received is wrong or not as per specifications mentioned in our offer/invoice.
Reporting Damaged or Incorrect Products
In case of a damaged product, short or wrong material received, please report the incident within 24 hours of the material delivered to you with an image of the damaged product along with the packaging pictures.
Customized and Used Products
Customized product and product damage while handling or used product are subject to discussion and verification.
Returning Products
You can directly send the material to our service center/warehouse at the below-mentioned address via door delivery by preferably Vtrans or similar transport if Vtrans is not available:

Refund Processing
The refund will be processed within 3 business days from the date of material received in our office, subject to verification of material.
Exceptions
For a few specific product categories, Replacement or no return will be applicable as indicated on the product page. Please refer to product descriptions for clarification.
