Job Description:
We are seeking a Sales Engineer to join our SEPL Bangalore. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue by developing strong customer relationships and promoting our products to potential customers. The ideal candidate should have a Mechanical Engineering degree and experience in sales within the industrial sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing effective solutions.
- Identify potential customers and create new business opportunities for our products.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by actively promoting our products and services to potential customers.
- Conduct product presentations and technical demonstrations to customers.
- Collaborate with the technical team to provide support to customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to provide insights and suggestions for product improvements.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our products and services.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales within the industrial sector, preferably in gearboxes or related products.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented with the ability to understand and meet customer needs.
- Technical aptitude with the ability to understand and explain complex products and solutions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel as required.
